You have an existing YouTube channel with videos and want the optimization and organization to be cleaned up and improved.

Step 1: Keyword research and develop channel keyword list and optimization template.

Step 2: We go through and make a list of videos that are worth updating based on video quality and topic relevance. We also make a list of videos that need to be hidden or deleted that are outdated, don’t align with the current focus of the channel and are not serving the channel in any way.

Step 3: Update the title, description, tags, and thumbnails on those videos.

Step 4: Delete or hide videos that are outdated and don’t align with the current focus of the channel.

Step 5: Reorganize the videos into a better playlist structure and alter how the playlists are structured on the main channel page.

Step 6: Update channel settings if needed.
