Two Ways to Grow Your Email List with Video Content Marketing
I have two ways that you can grow your email list through video content marketing. The first way is to create 5 to 15-minute videos that focus on a topic that is helping to solve a problem. These videos are educational and how-to based and they’re made for your target audience. Then, you’ll need a call to action at the end. This could include a link to a video course or something similar.
When they click that link, they’ll be directed to a landing page that asks for their contact information, specifically their email. This is how they gain access to the course. Over a few weeks, you’ll drip this course out to them through their email. Make sure this course is anywhere from 1 to 3 hours and that it’s set up in a few different modules.
The second way is to run YouTube ads. You’ll have to pay for this, but it’s a helpful investment. You’ll create a targeted ad about your courses and these ads will show up for those who regularly watch your videos and interact with you. This means that they’re more likely to pay attention to your ads and engage in your courses.
